Having shared the screen space with almost all the top stars in the film industry including Rajinikanth, Suriya, Karthi, Simbu, Jayam Ravi, and Jiiva, comedian Santhanam has now turned a producer with Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya.

He is donning the greasepaint as hero for the second time with this flick and Power Star Sreenivesan plays a crucial role in it as well.

What is interesting about KLTA is that the film features a Kuthu number and Santhanam has done full justice to this song scored by Thaman by shaking his legs with the heroine Vishaka.

Despite being a comedian, Santhanam was seen dancing along with stars like Karthi in his earlier ventures and hence this Kuthu number was a cakewalk for him, say sources.

Veteran actress Sri Devi is celebrating her birthday today! Starting out as a child artiste, Sri Devi ruled the roost in the film industry during the 1970s and 80s having starred in a number of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films.

This Bollywood Diva married producer Boney Kapoor and settled down for marital bliss before calling it quits to acting. She is now gearing up to stage a comeback with English Vinglish, directed by Gauri Shinde.

English Vinglish is due for release in September and will be released in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.

Actor Ajith Work Out in the GYM

Ajith will have a stunning new look in Vishnuvardhan's untitled film for producer AM Ratnam.

The star has hit the gym with a vengeance and has acquired a beefy look, which has made his fans happy.

Vishnuvardhan met up with Ajith on Sunday in Mumbai where he is shooting for Sridevi's English Vinglish. After getting Ajith's approval, Vishnu released Ajith's gym pictures through Twitter. The response was simply awesome.

The untitled Vishnuvardhan film has Ajith playing the role of a hacker and Nayanthara, Arya and Taapsee in supporting roles. It is confirmed that Rana Daggubati will do a "special appearance" in the film which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja

Meanwhile Vishnuvardhan is planning to shoot his next schedule in Mumbai.

In an interview Vishnu said: "I am planning to work on a drama, more on family action drama, very urban background. I want to have an all-together new look for Ajith sir who is going to look stunning in my film."
