Actress Nayanthara in 'The Dirty Picture'?

'The Dirty Picture' is a very famous Bollywood movie directed by Milan Luthria. It was produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banner Balaji Motion Pictures.

This movie is said to be based on the life of Silk Smitha. The story of this movie was written by Rajat Aroraa. It featured Vidya Balan, Naseeruddin Shah, Tusshar Kapoor, Emraan Hashmi and many others. This film got released on 2nd December 2011, on the birthday of Silk Smitha and became a huge hit.

As this movie became a huge hit, there are plans to remake this movie in south also. Earlier, there were rumors saying that Anushka would be featured in the Silk Smitha's role. Those rumors were quashed and there are new reports that, Nayanthara would be playing this role.

It seems that, Nayan is very much interested to perform this character. But, demands a huge sum as salary. Hence, it is inconclusive as of now. Once, those things are sorted out, the other details may emerge in a clear manner.

Actress Shruti Hassan Sports Traditional Look

Shruti Hassan is slowly and steadily making her mark in Kollywood. She made her debut in the film '7 aam Arivu', directed by A.R.Murugadoss. Then, featured in the film '3', which features Dhanush and her in the lead roles and is directed by Aishwarya Dhanush.

Shruti is very happy in the way, her career shapes up. Apart from acting, she is also talented in scoring music, singing and so on. In spite of having these much talents in her, she does not have any air about it.

Shruti likes to be very simple and traditional. She appears in sarees in most of the function and events in which she participates. It is said, Shruti has special collection of sarees in attractive designs, just for wearing in public appearances alone. In this age of artists wantedly sporting glamourous looks, Shruti's activities of sporting traditional costumes is surely laudable.
